Kelley Ritch General Manager

Having worked on numerous show sets both domestically and internationally, Kelley is a producer/project manager with more than 20 years of experience in creative based projects. Before transitioning into themed entertainment, Kelley’s career began in the film/television industry, which ingrained in her the driving force of production schedules and the ability to achieve success within budget limitations. Kelley has held key roles in major entertainment projects, and her diverse project exposure makes her uniquely qualified to run multifaceted projects, guaranteeing any project she takes on will be realized beyond all expectations.

Jared Peter Senior Producer

As a senior producer for The Hettema Group, Jared has most recently led the design of two high-profile observation deck projects: Top of the Rock at Rockefeller Center in New York City and Aon Center Observatory in Chicago. He has also led the blue-sky concept development of significant experiential design projects worldwide, including a technology-enhanced botanical garden in China, a pop culture theme park in Korea, and various theme park developments in the Middle East. In addition, he has overseen THG’s work on immersive exhibitions for some of the top science museums in the U.S.

Before joining THG more than five years ago, Jared served as the Production Manager at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood. While at the Dolby, he integrated complex productions such as The Oscars, AFI Fest, AFI Honors, and a wide range of special events, including major movie premieres and theatrical productions. Previously, Jared worked as a producer on the design phases of Bollywood Park in Dubai, which opened in November 2016. In the eight years prior, he worked exclusively with Cirque du Soleil on the production and creation phases of three major productions: “The Beatles LOVE” in Las Vegas, “Zaia” in Macau, and “Iris” in Los Angeles.

Jeff Crocker Producer

Jeff is a creative producer who shepherds projects in all phases, from concept to installation, utilizing his logistical mind to drive the project and his creativity to adapt quickly to the dynamics of experiential design.
His experience ranges from make-up effects fabrication for film, visual effects producer for television, and projection mapping animation, to project managing a wide array of attractions and exhibits, both grand and boutique in scale.

Project clients include Walt Disney Imagineering, Universal Studios Hollywood, Guide Dogs for the Blind Foundation, Wallis Annenberg PetSpace, California Science Center, and GES.

In his free time, he is probably building something in his garageshop with his daughter.

Jodi Roberdes, AIA, NCARB Director of Architecture

Jodi has played an integral role in many architectural and interior design projects for The Hettema Group since 2009, including the Dragons Wild Shooting interactive ride at Lotte World in Seoul, the Malaysia Truly Asia Center in Kuala Lumpur, The High Roller Observation Wheel in Las Vegas, and the DreamWorks Water Park at the American Dream shopping and entertainment complex in New Jersey. She served as the Lead Architectural Designer for the award-winning One World Observatory experience at One World Trade Center in New York City.

Prior to joining THG, Jodi was Director of Design at Scenery West Design & Construction, creating turnkey projects involving multiple disciplines and specialty consultants, as well as architectural facility interface and show integration. She was responsible for projects such as Sony’s Where the Wild Things Are attraction in Japan, SeaWorld’s Circ de la Mer attraction in San Diego, the Texas Wild! 8-acre expansion at the Fort Worth Zoo, five GameWorks Entertainment Centers throughout the U.S., and Oakley flagship stores. As Senior Associate at JKI International Architectural & Planning, Jodi executed multiple design/build projects domestically, as well as interior entertainment facilities and attractions internationally. She also served as a consultant to Walt Disney Imagineering, assisting with exteriors and interiors for Disney’s California Adventure.

Justine Huseth Senior Producer

Possessing a rare combination of analytical thinking and creativity, Justine is a proven leader of complex and ambitious projects in the U.S. and abroad. She brings to THG a lifelong passion for rich and engaging content, as well as an intuition for collaborating with international clients and vendors. These talents are backed by academic training in anthropology and a prior career as a writer and producer in broadcast television. Justine’s television production experience engrained in her the tenacity to solve any problem, on time and on budget.

Laura Garrett Design Manager

Laura’s first experience visiting Las Vegas, at age 8, forever changed her by showcasing the endless possibilities of spatial experience, the magic that can be generated in highly themed spaces and how that transforms our perception. After receiving a BFA in Interior Design from the California College of Arts, she left San Francisco to head to Los Angeles for a chance to create highly unique and distinctive spaces. Eleven years later with The Hettema Group, Laura is now a design manager, providing overall direction of the graphic design department and creating presentations to reflect the creative stories THG tells and the experiences they create.

Sunnie Burke Executive Architect

As an executive architect licensed in California and Florida, Sunnie leads The Hettema Group’s architecture team on many company projects. For more than 20 years, she has worked on a wide variety of building projects, including entertainment, residential, commercial, and institutional facilities. She is known throughout the themed entertainment industry as a skilled leader in facility architecture. Sunnie’s knowledge, experience, and production management talents have been a key factor in the success of many projects at THG and industry wide.

Veronica Tse Business Development Associate

Veronica is often the first contact new clients have with The Hettema Group. As our Business Development Associate, she pursues new creative collaborations and acts as a client advocate, communicating the vision and needs of each client to the project team. Her role is informed by her unique background in both business and production. Veronica began her career in the events industry, before entering the world of themed entertainment. While working at BRC Imagination Arts, she was part of Thea Award-winning design team for the “Stories of the Bible” experience at the Museum of the Bible in Washington, D.C. From there, she went on to the Thinkwell Group’s Business Development team, where she successfully forged strategic partnerships and secured projects around the world. In her spare time, Veronica takes singing lessons, learns how to cook the foods of her people, volunteers at the cat rescue, and implements sustainable practices in her community.
